- Within 48 hours, weekends included, you get a quote, with any changes and extras we suggest.
- You accept or decline. We may decline a plan, and if you choose something different from what we recommend, we record our recommendation and your choice in writing.
- You pay once you accept the quote. Nothing is charged before then, and a Blueprint you add goes on the same quote.
