Email Marketing
Your list. Your address. One at a time.
Three emails to each recipient on a list you already have, sent one at a time from your own address. Seventy-five recipients a month, a hundred and fifty, or three hundred. A tagged link in every one, and a list of who got it in your report.
You can buy this on its own. The Blueprint is how we would rather start, not a gate. See every price.
What almost nobody does
You have a list. Nobody emails it.
Everyone who ever bought, booked, or asked a question is in there. The one time somebody sent to it, they sent to all of it at once, from an address nobody recognized, and it went to spam. Then they stopped.
We send one at a time, from your address, on weekdays.
What you get
Four things, every month.
01
Emails, from your address.
Not a lookalike domain. Not a sending service with your name on it. Your office@, your info@, or your own name at your own company, so the domain in the from line is the one on your sign. No company address yet? An active Gmail address you own works too. Human-sent.
02
Three emails, then we stop.
Every recipient gets the same three-email sequence, sent one at a time on weekdays. A reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe ends that recipient's sequence. The pace protects the address, and it leaves you with an account you can keep using after we are gone.
03
A tagged link in every one.
Every email carries a tracked link, so a click shows up in your analytics with the email's name on it. Not "we sent some emails." This email, this click.
04
Who got it, listed.
Your month-end report names every address we sent to and shows what the tagged link did. With PostTrace, you ask it how the month went and it tells you.
Plainly
What this is not.
Not the same email to everyone at once. That is the fastest way to get an address flagged, and we are not doing it from yours.
Not a lookalike domain, and not a third-party tool sending under your name.
Not a list we found for you. You bring the list. We send to it.
Not a newsletter.
The unit
What counts, and what doesn't.
One recipient is one address on your list. Each one gets up to three emails: the first and two follow-ups.
A reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe ends that recipient's sequence. The recipient still counts.
Reading the list, writing the emails, deciding who is next: not counted. Nothing left.
Volumes are monthly and do not roll over.
Who
Who this is for.
- You have a list, and the last email it got was a long time ago.
- You collect emails at checkout, on your site, in your CRM, and never send anything.
- You tried sending to everyone at once, and it went to spam.
- You want the email to come from your address, and you do not have the time.
How it runs
The rhythm.
- Before we start. You give us the address we send from and the list we send to. We ask who goes first. If you do not have a preference, we work down the list. Sending starts within five business days of payment. The clock pauses while we wait on you: your answers to the short form after checkout, or your approval of the three emails.
- Every weekday.Emails go out one at a time, each with a tagged link. Follow-ups go to the recipients who have not replied, bounced or unsubscribed.
- Month end.The report. Every address we sent to, and what the link did.

Questions
Questions.
Do I have to buy the Blueprint first?
No. This one you can buy on its own. The Blueprint is how we would rather start, because it tells us who to talk to, but it is not a gate.
What do you need from us?
Two things. An email address you own, on your own domain or an active Gmail account, and a list of people to send to. We do not make either one.
When does sending start?
Sending starts within five business days of payment, counted Monday to Friday, Central time, excluding US federal holidays. The clock pauses while we wait on you, for your answers to the short form after checkout or your approval of the three emails.
Why not send them all at once?
Because that is the fastest way to get your address flagged, and then nothing you send lands, ours or yours. A steady pace keeps it clean and leaves you an account you can use after we are gone.
Where does the list come from?
You. People who bought, people who booked, people who asked. Most businesses have more sitting in a CRM than they think. We do not build a list for you.
What if we do not have a list yet?
On a monthly plan, building one becomes a goal in your plan, and email starts once it exists. Until then, that part of the plan goes unused.
What if we do not have analytics?
Then we can show you who we sent to, and that is all. A tagged link only reports to something that is listening. The Blueprint checks whether yours is.
How do I know it happened?
Your month-end report names every address we sent to and shows what the tagged link did. With PostTrace, you ask it.
Can I change tiers?
Any month. It is volume, nothing else.
