Step 1

Every plan starts here: 160 checks across everything your brand does online, and the plan that comes out of them. Want to talk first? Book a call, or ask us anything in writing and hear back within 48 hours. Either way, this is where we meet.

Step 2

A walkthrough recorded for your business comes with your Blueprint, and a 30-minute live call is there if you want one. You leave with your next steps laid out, whether or not we work together.

Step 3

Onboarding moves in phases:

• Goals and benchmarks. We go deep on what you want and set the targets we'll measure against.
• Setup. We gather everything we need from you, docs, assets, whatever your goals call for, tailored to you. If PostTrace is part of your plan, you open three tool accounts in your name and give us access.
• Build. We build your system on your own accounts and establish your content pillars. On The Loop, The Circuit and The Gateway. The Table has nothing to stand up beyond PostTrace, if you take it, so it starts as soon as the Blueprint is done.
• Test and launch. We test the pillars, start putting some content out, and hold the full roll-out until it's built right, never before.

Step 4

From there we run the machine with you and keep sharpening it, dialing in your voice, your content style, and the fit, so it keeps improving as it goes. As you hit the benchmarks we set, we raise the bar and set the next ones. When something isn't landing, we say so and adjust, no dressed-up reports. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all. We iterate on what's working and where your industry is moving, and if a content pillar stops pulling its weight, we shift it. Everything runs on your accounts, so the system stays yours.
