Monthly · guidance + execution
The Loop
The monthly work, handled from plan to readout.
We create eight posts across two platforms, publish them, place forty outbound comments, answer up to fifteen replies under each post and thirty DMs, email seventy-five recipients from your list, and show you what happened.
Everything in The Table is included, so you still get weekly direction, content reviews, and direct access without carrying the daily work yourself.
PostTrace is optional. Add it for performance you can check at any time and a connected history that remains yours if you eventually take over or move to The Table.
The Blueprint comes first, and it comes off your first month within 60 days of delivery. See the full ladder.
No minimum term. Cancel any time, with no notice period. Your plan stops at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. Read the full terms.
What The Loop changes
Stay involved without carrying the daily work.
Your weekly call sets the direction. Drafts come to you. We handle the writing, design, scheduling, publishing, engagement, and monthly reporting between one call and the next.
You still know what is being said under your name, why it is being published, and what the numbers showed.
You do not have to turn your own week into a production schedule to make it happen.
What leaves your plate
Seven jobs we handle every month.
01
Everything in The Table.
A weekly call. Unlimited messaging answered inside one business day. A written monthly plan you keep. One content review each week. The Blueprint is rerun every quarter.
02
Eight posts a month.
Four posts per platform across two platforms. Four we design and four we write. One designed piece can be a carousel or short motion graphic. Everything is drafted in your voice.
03
Forty outbound comments.
We post them from your account under posts your buyers already read. Every comment is written in your voice and sent by a person.
04
Replies and DMs answered.
Up to fifteen replies under each of your posts, and thirty DMs in your inbox each month. Every response is sent by a person.
05
Email to your list.
Seventy-five recipients from a list you already have, three emails each, sent from your own address on weekdays. A reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe ends that recipient’s sequence.
06
Publishing from start to finish.
Every post is scheduled and every link is tagged. With PostTrace, the performance history stays connected to the pieces that earned it.
07
A monthly readout.
One weekly call each month becomes the readout. We review what shipped, what moved, and what the numbers say to do next.
All of the work happens on accounts you own. Every client keeps the accounts and content. With PostTrace, you also keep the connected measurement system and its history.
The part most plans leave out
Publishing the post does not finish the work.
People comment. People send DMs. Your buyers are already talking under other accounts.
The Loop covers both sides. We place forty useful comments where your buyers already pay attention, then answer up to fifteen replies under each post and thirty DMs on your accounts each month.
Every comment and response is written in your voice and sent by a person.
The scope
What a month includes, in numbers.
You should know what the monthly work includes and what you can hold us to.
8
posts a month
Four we design and four we write, in your voice.
40
comments out
Posted from your account under other people’s posts. Human-sent and counted.
15
replies per post
Answered under each of your posts.
30
DMs answered
In your inbox, each month.
75
recipients emailed
Three emails each, from your own address.
0
untagged links
Every link carries tracking before it ships.
House standard. Answered inside one business day. Every client.
Plainly
What counts, and what does not.
One outbound comment is one comment posted under someone else’s post. Replies in that thread do not count against your total.
One inbound reply is one response we post under a comment on your post. Up to fifteen per post. If it becomes a back-and-forth, our replies after the first do not count against the fifteen.
One DM is one message we send.
One recipient is one address on your list. Each one gets up to three emails.
A piece is one social post, one email, or one section of a page. A full landing page, long-form article, or video script counts as two.
Monthly volumes do not roll over.
Who
You want the work handled without losing visibility or control.
- You do not have time to manage content and engagement every week, or you simply do not want to.
- You want professionals to put the work together and carry out the plan instead of handing you more assignments.
- You still want weekly direction, content reviews, direct access, and a clear account of what happened.
- You may want to take the work over or move to The Table later. With PostTrace, the connected system and data come with you.
What you see
The work is visible either way.
Every Loop client
A monthly report and readout covering what shipped, where the outbound engagement went, what was answered on your accounts, who was emailed, and what the tagged links did.
With PostTrace
Open the numbers whenever you want. See where website traffic came from, which post drove it, how this month compares with the last, and how performance changes over time. The connected system, history, and backups stay yours.
Without PostTrace
The same execution, monthly report, and monthly readout. You see what shipped and what the numbers showed when the month ended. You simply do not have the always-on view or its connected history.
How it runs
The rhythm.
- Every week. One call. One content review. You can send up to five pieces for review, and we return them inside two business days. Drafts come to you. Messaging is answered inside one business day.
- Every month. One weekly call becomes the readout. We review your numbers, what moved, and what to do next.
- Every quarter. We run the Blueprint’s 160 checks again against what changed.
PostTrace is optional.
The Loop is $2,500 a month either way.
With PostTrace. For founding clients, the install comes with the plan. It starts on day one if you prepay the first two months, or once your second monthly payment clears. The tools run in your name at cost, about $59 to $119 a month, and maintenance is included while you are on a plan. You can check performance whenever you want, the history compounds over time, and the connected system and data remain yours if you later take over the work or move to The Table.
Without PostTrace. You receive the same execution, monthly report, and monthly readout without the always-on view or connected history.
The Blueprint still comes first, and its price comes off your first month if you start within 60 days of delivery.
These are founding rates. The roster stays small on purpose, the price climbs as it fills, and the rate assumes we get to publish your numbers as a case study. Want them kept private? Ask for the standard rate.
Compare The Circuit.
The Circuit is the larger monthly option. It includes sixteen posts, one hundred comments out, up to thirty replies under each post, every inbound DM answered, one hundred fifty recipients emailed, and a weekly readout. Choose it directly after the Blueprint if that scope fits what you need. You do not have to start with The Loop first. See The Circuit
Questions.
Can I start with The Loop?
Every monthly option starts with the Blueprint. Its price comes off your first month if you start within 60 days of delivery, so you are not paying for it twice.
Do I have to use PostTrace?
No. The Loop is $2,500 a month either way.
Can we take the work over later?
Yes. Every client keeps their accounts and content. With PostTrace, you also keep the connected measurement system and its history. That lets you bring the execution in-house or move to The Table without losing the data built along the way.
We already have an agency. Can The Loop work with them?
The Loop is designed to handle execution for the two platforms in scope. If another team remains involved elsewhere, we define who owns each part before anything ships so the voice, approvals, and tracking stay clear.
Which two platforms?
The two the Blueprint identifies as most useful for your buyers and goals.
What if we do not have an email list?
Then building one becomes a goal in your monthly plan, and email starts once it exists. Until then, that part of the plan goes unused. Monthly volumes do not roll over.
What if we leave?
You keep the accounts and content because they were built on your logins from day one. If you use PostTrace, its connected system and history stay yours too.
What counts as one comment?
One comment posted under someone else’s post. Replies in that thread do not count against your forty. The full list appears above.
Ready to hand off the execution?
The Loop starts with a clear plan.
Every Loop begins with the Blueprint’s 160 checks. You receive the complete plan whether you continue with us or not.
If you choose The Loop, the Blueprint price comes off your first month if you start within 60 days of delivery. We take on the monthly content, publishing, engagement, and reporting while you stay involved in the direction.
